By making a booking with Peninsula Paddle Co you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Booking Conditions
Bookings are recommended to ensure your SUP or Kayak is reserved for you.
Identification is required to hire a SUP or Kayak. Personal details such as mobile phone number, email and address/driver’s is required on application. This also means that we can contact you on the morning of your booking if the weather has turned poor and we need to cancel.
All paddlers will be required to sign a waiver form.
All group bookings are subject to minimum numbers. To confirm group bookings we require either payment in full or a 50% deposit with the balance being payable at least 5 days before hire date.
Group booking final numbers must be confirmed with Peninsula Paddle Co at least 5 days prior to hire commencement.
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure.
Rescheduling of a booking is permitted outside of 48 hours from departure time.
Peninsula Paddle Co reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the hire in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
It is up to Peninsula Paddle Co.’s discretion as to whether it is safe for bookings to go ahead.
Please note a 10% surcharge will be charged on all bookings made for public holidays.

We offer gift vouchers by which you can personalise your order for another person. Information you provide to us to create a gift voucher is only used for that purpose, and it is only disclosed to the person receiving the gift.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all information we hold is as accurate as is possible. You are able to contact us at any time and ask for its correction if you feel the information we have about you is inaccurate or incomplete.
If you visit the Peninsula Paddle Co website to browse, read or download information, our system will log these movements. These website logs are not personally identifiable and we make no attempt to link them with the individuals who browse the site.

Refund Policy
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure and 'no shows' are non-refundable.
Cancellation of bookings must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure or full payment will be due and no refund will be given.
Full refund is permitted on booking cancellations made outside of 48 hours from departure time.
If Peninsula Paddle Co must cancel a hire due to inclement weather, or for any other reason, the activity will be rescheduled. If the activity cannot be rescheduled a full refund will be processed.
No refund will be offered if it rains.
Refunds are not offered on gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be used by the expiry date as all gift vouchers have a strict use by period. If you know you are unable to use the voucher by the expiry date the gift voucher may be transferable to other people to use by the expiry date.
