SUP & Kayak Paddling
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) or Kayaking is a must do at Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula. With our clear blue waters, breathtaking scenery and abundant marine life, it’s sure to be an amazing time for a novice finding their sea legs, or a more seasoned paddler. We would love to help you get on the water and into these great sports.
We give you a full safety and orientation introduction and guide you on the areas to explore. Any minors under 8 years of age must wear a lifejacket and be accompanied by a guardian 18 years of age or older. We provide the SUP or Kayak, paddle, leash and life vest if required.
Please remember that this is a water sport and all participants must have at minimum, basic swimming skills.
SUP Yoga
Yoga on an SUP whilst floating on water is a truely unique experience which will leave you feeling amazing. It will increase your core stability, energise you and relieve any stresses as there will be laughs, splashes and plenty of fun! You don’t need to be an experienced yogi or paddleboarder, our sessions are open to all levels. SUP Yoga is a fabulous full-body workout.
